Return Policy

 Return & Refund Policy

Our return policy is in effect for 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please email us with your order at  blessedbysara@gmail.com BEFORE you return the item to be eligible for a return. The returned jewelry must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as you received it. The customer pays the shipping cost back to us when returning it if nothing is wrong with the item. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account. 
It may take some time. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is applied. Then contact your credit card company.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items (only full-priced items) or gift cards.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same thing, email us at blessedbysara@gmail.com. Would you please mail your jewelry below to

Gifts 
If your item were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you would receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
